All the Stuff I Forgot

I might just be the worst mom - ever. Ok, maybe not ever, but this does not put me in the running for Mom of the Year. Last Saturday Jillian participated in her very first piano festival. She had to go to UAFS and take a theory test and then she had to play a couple of pieces she had memorized. With each of those, she could have gotten a score of 1-5. 1 being "This is really bad" and 5 being "Superior". My baby got superiors in both theory and pieces. She seems to really like piano, and her teacher says she is pretty good at it. Hopefully this is something she will stick with.

Then on Sunday Nathan gave Harrison his first sucker. I can't remember what Harrison was so upset about but when I went to take a picture of his blue sucker face, he was crying like crazy. That doesn't stop me, though. So here is Harrison with blue face and throwing a fit. Nice, huh?
Wednesday afternoon was so pretty. Nathan took Harrison to the park. Nate said H had a great time.

Here are a couple of videos of him. One is in the swing - which Nathan said he really liked. The other is of him playing and then talking. I am not sure if he was trying to sing or what, but it is entertaining nonetheless.
