The Girls Plus Baby

Last year a couple of my cousins, my little sister, my mom and a couple of my aunts went to Branson to the Women of Joy conference. We had a really good time hanging out and just being together. This year, we didn't make it to the conference. I wasn't going to go because I am not ready to leave Harrison and the conference is a Friday, Saturday, Sunday thing. Excuses, excuses, I know. We girls decided that we could go ahead and meet up in Branson and have our quality time.

We started out our time by shopping. It was good and productive with several funny moments. At one point I was sure Brooke, Brett, Sheri and I were going to get kicked out of Banana Republic.
We ate at an Italian place that none of us had ever been to last night. It was good - and helped us to celebrate Sheri's 33rd birthday! Sheri and Brett are the goofy ones - in this picture.

Quite possibly my favorite picture from the trip. Dana was helping Mom get her sleeves adjusted. It was a trying process apparently.

I promise I was there, but this picture is the only one you will see of me.

Still waiting for our seat. We really didn't have to stand there long, but this was my first opportunity to take pictures, so I took several.

Harrison did join our festivities, of course. He may or may not recover from an extended amount of time with no other boys.

Sheri got our condos, and she did really well. It was very nice. We had two adjoining rooms that each out two bedrooms and two baths. Mom and I returned to the condo after dinner. Harrison needed his bottle and was ready for bed. He got some pretty precious snuggle time with Nanny before I put him to bed.

My Aunt Diane has a gift. The gift of telling stories that make you laugh until you cry. She was telling one late last night that had all of us crying.

We really had a good time. I hope we can do it again. Oh, and Happy Birthday, Sheri! Hope you had a great day after a little stress but a lot of laughter!
