In my visit with the doctor today, I learned nothing! I had gained one pound in the last 2 1/2 weeks. I was most impressed with that - especially with the amount I have been eating. I have been really hungry recently, so I was afraid the number would be outrageous. I have gained 25 pounds overall but still have 3 weeks or so left. Hopefully it won't get too out of hand in that time.
My blood pressure was fine. The baby is still head down. He actually said, "I can feel a little head right there." My response, "If that is a little head, then we are making progress from the first one. Her head was big from the beginning and stayed that way." (In all truth, her head is probably still big, they just don't measure that anymore." We'll see if it is little or not upon arrival.
He didn't check me. No complaints there. He said he would do that next week. Yippee!! ;) Sheri says I might go 2 pregnancies never being checked if this one comes early. Wouldn't that be nifty?! I don't think it will happen, but who really knows. Jillian was born today at 36 weeks and 5 days. I will make it further than that this time around. Bring on that 9 1/2 pound baby...
