It's Over

My short, hot, cuddly summer is over. I report back to work this morning. I am not as devastated as one might think. I am not happy, but I am not feeling the urge to cry or anything. I know that I have to do this. Once I get there, I enjoy being there. I have missed my friends and our time together everyday. But I hate walking out of the house and leaving my babies. But I will. For the next 193 days. (Truthfully in a couple of weeks I will take the big one with me, so I won't be leaving her.) So here I go to year 14 of my teaching career. Can you believe that?
