We have accepted an offer on the house. We received an offer on Saturday - and it was quite good. Those folks gave us until 5 o'clock today to ok it. We also thought there might be a second offer coming in today, so we opted to wait until today. The second offer never came, so we accepted the one from Saturday.
Nathan went to the bank last week, and we are approved for the loan on our new house. He is taking our plans and estimate by the bank tomorrow. We feel like that by the time the bank does their stuff and an inspection and appraisal are done on our house, we will be ready to break ground and get going.
As you can imagine I am excited and sick to my stomach. I am already dreading all the decisions that have to made and dreaming (and sometime nightmaring) about all that will happen in the coming months. I will keep you posted.
