We had our first snow day of 2011 today - much to my dismay. Jillian went out this morning for a little while and then she and Nathan went out again when he got home from work. I am a bad mom, I guess, because I did not participate. I just took pictures from the door. To me there isn't much worse than wet clothes except for cold, wet clothes. Jillian and Nathan need those things that are daddy/daughter activities, and I will graciously give them playing in the snow. Isn't that sacrificial of me?
My daughter, the nerd. I love it! She asked for a piece of black construction paper and a magnifying glass to look at the snowflakes. It didn't really work but she wanted to try.
