Prayers

A friend of my posed a question the other day that was both interesting and convicting. She asked if God answered all my prayers, would the world get better or would just my life get better? Sadly, I didn't have to think much about that answer. I have gotten so caught up in praying for me. Praying for my family to be safe. For my baby to grow and be healthy. For everything to go just rosy for me. But I have neglected to pray for the world. For the millions of lost souls. For the people in the world who are in a desperate situation and need to know that God loves them. I am trying to be more deliberate. Trying to make an honest effort to reach outside of my world to the real world and pray for people who really need to know the comfort and grace of God.
