25 Weeks

Today I hit 25 weeks. In theory, only 15 more weeks to go. I told Nathan that I had been thinking, "Only 15 more weeks! That isn't long." And then I remembered that it was 15 weeks ago when we told everyone I was pregnant. In so many ways, that seems like an eternity ago. I guess what I am saying is - maybe 15 weeks is actually a long time from now. At this point we will need it because we have no names on the table. We have a water leak that is apparently coming from Jillian's bathtub but the water is going into what will be the baby's room. Nathan has pulled the carpet back in order to get it dry (and keep it dry). I think we will need to replace the pad underneath that carpet - at the very least. So instead of looking like we are getting ready for a baby in that room, it looks like a tornado has come through there recently. I see the doctor tomorrow and have to do my glucose test to make sure I don't have gestational diabetes. It really isn't that big of a deal, but it is part of the process. After I get this one done (and assuming everything progresses normally), we will just get to pretty much coast until arrival time. As if coasting was even a possibility...
