Who Knew You Could Get Excited About Siding?

Things at the house are moving right along.   As of this minute, they are actually a little ahead of schedule.   I assume that will change, but it is nice for the very present.    Friday the siding guys were at work.   Much to our surprise, they were back working yesterday morning.   Their part of our project is all wrapped now.   We have all our electric and plumbing roughed in and our HVAC is in.   And we are now getting into the more minute decisions.

This is the kids' bathroom.   I was standing at the entry door.  They will have a double sink then a door leading to a linen closet, tub, and toilet.   You can also see the insulation on the back wall.

Back porch.   The small window to the right is the window above the kitchen sink.   The white door (which won't stay white, by the way) will be to a outdoor storage area.

This week they are supposed to hang dry wall and finish up the insulation.   I have to pick paint colors next...    I have some opinions; my husband does not necessarily share them.  We will get it worked out, though.   And by work it out, I mean he will come to see it my way ;).
