Gymnastics Jilly and Eleven Month Old H
My baby turned 11 months old yesterday. I am acutely aware that we will be hosting a one year old birthday party in just over 4 weeks. He is walking all over the place - and prefers that to crawling now. He is still getting into stuff, but he has changed what he likes to get into. As of now, he likes to empty the diaper stacker. He comes walking out of his room carrying a diaper in each hand just as proud of himself as he can be. He does have four teeth but the top two aren't the front two so he is still not ready for much table food. He is down to 2 bottles a day and we are planning on eliminating another this weekend. He is getting better at waving when you want him to, and the other night it sounded a lot like he told Nathan, "Ni-Ni" as he was going to bed. He is getting so big, so fast.

Look at those big brown eyes! And those cheeks! How we love him!
Jillian decided this fall to take gymnastics again. We did this when she was in kindergarten, and it was painful for all of us. She was so tired and she cried every week. She has done well this time around, though. And she is making some strides. We aren't quite ready for the Olympics, but she is definitely doing better.

This probably shouldn't be funny, but she busted it and it was funny!

My girl likes to dance. She had to wait for a little while on the beam and she just danced to the music as she waited. She thrills my heart.
About to lose her balance...but she recovered.
There is a little catchin' up on what is going on here with us. We really have been quite busy, but things will calm down - eventually. That is what I tell myself as I am running around. The blog did hit a milestone yesterday - over 10,000 pageviews. I know that for some people that isn't huge. Some blogs hit that in the first week. But it is encouraging to know that people out there care about me and my family and are willing to keep up with my little blog. Thank you!
