Happy Birthday, Jillian!

Twelve years ago, we were graced with a beautiful, wonderful early present.  She came into our world with excitement and surprise. I kiddingly (or maybe not) tell her it was the only time in her life that she got in a hurry.  She has developed into an intellectual, kind, and sassy girl.  She loves playing percussion, reading books, and watching Dr. Who.

Our world got infinitely better when she joined it. She helps make my days brighter. She may be moving into that almost teenage mentally (which I may not always love), but I do love her. More than she can know right now.

She may not look like a child as much anymore - she stands at 5'1" and wears a size 7 or 7.5 shoe. But she will forever be my baby. My baby girl! I have grown as a person because being her mom makes me want to be better in general.

Happy Birthday, Jillian!
