Orange Beach 2015

We have returned from our family vacation to Orange Beach. It was such a nice time. My entire family went, we stayed in an amazing house (see above), and we relaxed and enjoyed each other. Most of the pictures will speak for themselves, but I will describe a few things here and there.

These first pictures were of my children's first time down to the beach on this trip. Harrison was almost 7 months old the last time, so he has no recollection of it. He was having a big time.

We took a few family photos.  We are quite a crew when you put us all together.

We went on a dolphin cruise which is always a highlight.

There was the traditional burying in the sand.

My dad celebrated his birthday while we were there. This is his birthday dinner.
We also rode the ferris wheel at the Wharf. Jillian was a little dramatically crazy. She acted like she was scared but really she was fine.

This is the view from our balcony.  It was a lovely view to see every morning.
By the last night, we may have gotten a little crazy. Harrison is attacking a crayon with his knife. It is the face that really got me, though.
It was a lovely week. Thanks to my parents for making it all possible. We are so blessed. Trip 2 for me and Jillian begins tomorrow.  Quite a different kind of trip. We will be headed out to DC for National History Day. So from relaxing, calming beach to busy, hurried, hot big city.  The boys will be holding down the fort here.  It is an adventurous time around here.
