Thankfulness Day 5

I am thankful for a little quiet time with my son.  Tonight Nathan and Jillian went to church while Harrison and I stayed here at the house.  He took a bath and got ready to spend the night at MaMo and PopPop's.  Then he and I just sat close to each other and enjoyed being together.  This was especially nice because I was told today that he has not been acting like a well-behaved boy at school this week.  (It would be an act, you know, because he isn't well-behaved most of the time.)  So we had a conversation earlier about minding and being nice.   We discussed the punishments if he was bad again on Friday.  But then we got to snuggle. We got to just be without any fussing or arguing or bickering.   It was nice.  Frankly, it was what I needed.
