We have read and played in the yard.
My little miss did go to her 3 day camp. She had a good time and she swore she hadn't been homesick. She got upset because they had a fashion show and she didn't win any of the prizes. Remember - she has to have everything perfect, aka win, or she isn't happy. I was happy to have her home and love on her.
Jillian is taking piano lessons during the summer. Her teacher lives in Mulberry, so Harrison and I had to find something to do. We went to the creek where we found a million tadpoles, billions of rocks, and not a single person. Normally this one be great but I found myself a little wary that someone could kill us down there and there wouldn't be a single witness. It was a beautiful morning, though.
We got to attend my mom's side of the family reunion right before we left for DC. We went swimming at Aunt Diane's that morning. Little Man was tuckered out on the ride back to Nanny and Papa's.
Nanny and Harrison
This was all the little kids that were there. These are my cousins' children. I remember when we were the little kids - now we have the little kids.
That pretty much wraps up the month of June so far. An update on little Isabella - she is having to do a third round of chemo before they will talk about surgery. From what her parents are writing, she is doing really well, but her little body is really going through some awful stuff. So please remember the Day family as they continue through this trying process.
