A Celebration and What's Happening Here

Last weekend we celebrated Addison's 4th birthday. She had a Princess theme party and the kids had a great time playing.

Check out her crossed eyes. She does that sometimes and she did so on Saturday when we were trying to get her picture with her cake.
The world is not ready for this - Addison behind the wheel. She got a new gator, and she and Danielle just took off.

After that birthday party, we went to my parents' to celebrate my Dad's 65th birthday. We ate well and got to spend some time with my family before we had to hurry home for Vacation Bible School. That has been going on since Sunday night. I am working registration and Jillian is attending. She will only go one more night - tonight - because tomorrow night is the end of the season party for softball. Today I am officially 18 weeks along in my pregnancy. Still not halfway but getting closer all the time. The ultrasound and next appointment have been moved to the 1st, so I have 3 weeks from tomorrow until we do all that. And lastly, vacation plans seem to have finally come together after a long, discussion-filled, internet searching period. We had a beautiful vacation to Orange Beach, Alabama, planned, but that obviously did not work out. We had to find a Plan B (which is Atlanta). That wasn't the hard part: finding a place to stay was. Now that is done and we can simply work out the details, which I don't mind. So it has been a busy yet productive week with the Mills.
