Wichita 2009

This weekend we went on our mission trip to Wichita, KS. We were doing a Block Party at a local church Friday night and Saturday morning. We were a little disappointed that the church had not gotten around to handing out fliers to the nearby neighborhoods, but we did have people come. We also got to the share the gospel each day. Which was obviously the point of the trip. We also gave out New Testaments and other things that had the plan of salvation on them. So hopefully some seeds were planted and I know some relationships were made. Our host church is going to be at Siloam the same week we are going to the be there, so I look forward to seeing some of the people I met again.
