Jillian had her second year of swimming lessons last week. She did great. By the end of the week, she was swimming the width of the pool all by herself (and on one breath - the most impressive part to me). Here a just a few pics of the experience.

This was the last day when she was swimming back and forth across the pool. Ms. Carleigh was just watching.

Jillian worn out. She had worked hard that day - and didn't have the best of attitudes. When she was finished she laid for a while before she would get up.

Swimming across the pool all by herself.

This was during one of her rest times. She would talk about the butterflies, the dogs, or anything else that might make Ms. Carleigh forget that she had to swim some more. And if those things didn't work she tried very had to negotiate how many times she was going to have to do something.

First day of lessons. Doesn't this look say, "Mom, Dad, we are so going to talk about this later."

Very cute! Good job, Jillian!
She is your mini-me, Erin.
I think she is ready for the swim team! Watch out, you may have a gold medalist on your hands!
