It is a beautiful Friday afternoon and all seems right in the world. It is in the 60s (finally), we have friends coming for dinner, and my Airedales are playing the state semi-finals tomorrow afternoon (Go Airedales!!). On top of that, Nathan and I are preparing to celebrate our 10th anniversary next week. And I have an intern at school, so my workload is light and relaxing!! Two weeks from now will be Spring Break, and you know, the school year goes quickly after that.
That said, I don't have any deep, philosophical thoughts. I do keep seeing the ad for the $100 million powerball and find myself wondering what I would do with that much money. It overwhelms me. I don't get past giving some of it the church before I just quit. And the funny part about all this - I don't even play the lottery. Haven't bought one ticket. And don't plan on it. So it is sort of an odd thought pattern...don't you think?
Happy Weekend Everyone!
